3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹)

  • Prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as mentioned

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice

We accept payments through:

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Other available payment methods

4. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed:

  • You will receive a confirmation via email/WhatsApp

  • Orders may be canceled if product is unavailable

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on location

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Products are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • Returns are accepted only in case of:

    • Damaged product

    • Wrong product delivered

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
